• Outside Maharashtra: 4–8 Business Days

Taxes (GST)

Orders within Maharashtra

Orders delivered within the State of Maharashtra shall be invoiced with applicable CGST and SGST as per Government of India GST regulations.

Orders Outside Maharashtra

Orders shipped to other states across India shall be invoiced with applicable IGST as per prevailing GST laws.

Applicable taxes will be reflected clearly on the customer’s invoice.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will normally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to provide:

• Complete address
• Correct PIN Code
• Valid Mobile Number
• Landmark (if applicable)

DALIFY shall not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address information.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package appears damaged:

• Do not accept visibly damaged packages whenever possible.
• Contact DALIFY immediately.
• Share photographs within 48 hours.
