While travelling through the interiors of India, we met thousands of women and farmers across rural villages whose grains, lentils, and spices were exceptionally pure, yet completely untouched by city markets. Their produce carried generations of knowledge, but the people behind it remained largely unempowered and unseen. Dalify was born from a simple intention to create a direct source of income by sourcing their produce and bringing it to urban homes, without altering its purity, tradition, or soul.
